Hello Mickaël, can you introduce yourself in a few words? 

My name is Mickaël Fournier and I joined DFI in 2010 as an IT Consultant. My role is mainly composed of level 3 technical tasks, but I also support clients with a consulting role through other activities such as operational account manager or solution development.

Can you tell us about your background ?

After graduating from university, I first worked for a company that offered IT services to small businesses. Then a second experience in a company addressing customers with more advanced needs. My third professional experience is the current one at DFi. The human aspect has always been important to me and has always guided my choices.

Why did you choose to join DFI ? 

I joined DFi through two colleagues with whom I had already worked before They described DFi as a human company in which I would have the opportunity to develop my technical knowledge and to grow. Working again with people I already knew and with whom I got on well was an important point, as was evolving in a constantly changing environment.

What do you like most about your job ?

Having the possibility of learning new things and not having the impression of stagnating. DFi as a service company offers these opportunities.

What is a typical day for you  ?

Firstly, I like to start my day early. My day is punctuated by maintaining systems, solving problems and interacting with clients with the aim of making them happy with their IT tools.

What project are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the fact that our customers are satisfied and trust us in the long run.

If you had to describe yourself in 3 words?

Rigorous, conscientious and available.

What do you like to do when you are not working ?

I enjoy seeing people with whom I feel close to share sincere moments I also like to do outdoor activities such as sports, gardening, and a small beekeeping activity. I try to be respectful of the environment in which I live.

When you were a child, what was your dream job ?

Veterinarian, I wanted to take care of animals.

Last question: what message would you like to pass on to our future customers? 

DFI is a company with a range of skills spread across its departments, which enables it to provide serious and effective support to companies in their development. In addition, it is made up of people with a strong sense of service with whom you can interact directly, which is an important element.
